You’ll serve as the senior HR leader across up to three manufacturing facilities, acting as the strategic advisor to plant leadership while championing employees at every level of the organization. Your influence will shape engagement, retention, safety culture, and leadership capability across entire operations.

• Assess training needs and implement workforce development programs.

Performance & Total Rewards

• Lead performance management programs that elevate accountability.
• Partner with corporate HR on compensation and benefits strategy.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to labor laws, HR best practices, and safety standards.
• Support and reinforce plant safety and employee well-being programs.
