Job summary

Mohr Talent in New Jersey is seeking a bilingual HR leader to support managers and employees across multiple facilities. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, manager coaching, compliance, and consistent HR practices, with the primary worksite in Kearny.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of HR leadership experience, fluent in Spanish and English, and will manage onboarding, leave, workers’ compensation, and HRIS/payroll processes while visiting facilities and occasionally traveling to

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR leadership experience.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Experience supporting multiple facilities and advising operations leaders.
• HR experience in food/beverage; manufacturing experience required at minimum.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey employment law.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll administration.
• Willingness to onsite visit in Kearny, NJ and travel to other NJ facilities and Canada.

An established food-sector organization is looking for a bilingual HR leader to support managers and employees across multiple facilities. This hands-on role focuses on employee relations, manager coaching, compliance, and consistent HR practices. The primary worksite is in nearby Kearny.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as a trusted HR contact for employees and managers across multiple facilities.
• Guide managers through employee relations, investigations, performance concerns, and workforce needs.
• Manage onboarding, leave, workers’ compensation, and other day-to-day HR processes.
• Support HRIS, payroll administration, benefits, and I-9 compliance.
• Help supervisors apply policies consistently and deliver practical training.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of HR experience, including management or a comparable leadership role.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Hands-on experience supporting multiple facilities and advising operations leaders.
• HR experience in food or beverage preferred; manufacturing experience required at minimum.
• Strong employee relations skills and working knowledge of New Jersey employment law.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll administration.
• Ability to work onsite in Kearny, visit another New Jersey facility periodically, and travel to Canada occasionally.
