The ideal candidate will manage audits, investigations, and training, with regular travel between sites. A strong manufacturing safety background and ability to work independently across locations are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety or related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in health, safety, or environmental management, preferably manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Experience leading multi-site safety programs and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE programs across Terre Haute, IN and Flint, MI.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and local regulations.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Develop and maintain HSE policies and training programs.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to promote safe practices and accountability.
• Travel between facilities to inspect, train, investigate, and uphold standards.
