Crothall Healthcare is seeking a Maintenance Shift Superintendent to oversee a team of carpenters, painters, maintenance technicians, and laborers across multiple hospital locations in the MD/DC area. The role reports to the Director of Construction and Facilities Services and ensures repairs, maintenance and construction are performed efficiently while adhering to hospital standards and safety protocols.

Qualificações

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in facilities/ construction preferred.
• Experience: 5–7 years in facility maintenance or construction with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Healthcare environment experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise a team of carpenters, painters, maintenance technicians, and laborers across multiple hospital locations.
• Assign work orders, monitor progress, and ensure timely task completion.
• Ensure all work complies with infection control, safety, and hospital quality standards.
• Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
• Complete daily management updates for shift activities.
• Oversee maintenance, repair, and minor construction across sites; coordinate with facilities managers.
