You will manage repairs, maintenance, and construction activities, coordinating suppliers and ensuring safety compliance. Strong leadership and ability to supervise multiple sites are essential.

Education includes a high school diploma; 5–7 years in maintenance/construction with 2+ years in supervision is preferred. Travel between sites is required.

• Oversee a team of carpenters, painters, maintenance technicians, and laborers across multiple hospital locations.
• Ensure work adheres to hospital regulations, infection control, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate training and provide mentorship to promote high performance.
