Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, seeks a maintenance worker for the 1st shift (7:30am–4pm) to support upkeep and smooth operation of hospital campus facilities.

Responsibilities include carpentry, plumbing, painting, basic electrical work, and equipment maintenance, with coordination for repairs and supplies. Requires 3–5 years of related experience and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of related maintenance experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience with computerized work order systems.
• Ability to follow up on maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintains, repairs, cleans and operates the plant, shops, mechanical areas, exterior grounds and campus facilities.
• Performs basic maintenance duties and repairs; contacts supervisors as instructed.
• Assists in minor and routine repairs; reports major problems to the supervisor.
• Performs unskilled or semi-skilled tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical work, drywall maintenance.
• Notifies managers about major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
