Qualifikationen

• Previous supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
• Experience with computerized work order systems (CMMS) preferred.
• Ability to meet facility needs and make sound decisions under stress.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Proficient in Windows-based Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize and control maintenance department activities to keep staff engaged in repairs and renovations.
• Ensure timely completion of workload and adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain inventory of materials and supplies and initiate requisitions as needed.
• In the director's absence, assume full department responsibilities and share weekend duties.
• Monitor performance with reports and guide staff through training.
• Prepare performance evaluations for personnel and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
