Job summary

Crothall Healthcare is seeking a facilities operations professional in Maryland to assist the Director with all operational needs of the facility, ensuring adherence to established objectives, standards, policies and procedures in line with federal, state, and local regulations.

The role involves coordinating supervisors, managing daily schedules, supporting inspections, and liaising with other departments to ensure smooth operations and strong resident relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience preferred
• Excellent customer services skills and experiences
• Strong work ethic, intense drive, and initiative for quality and customer service
• Excellent stress management skills, administrative and organizational, and follow-through skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Contract-managed service experience is desirable

Responsibilities

• Coordinates the tasks of the subordinate Supervisory and Management team
• Caries out daily schedules and fulfills all customer needs
• Assists with inspections and evaluates physical condition of facility
• Attends regular staff meetings and communicates with members of other departments to coordinate operation activities
• Carries out major projects, assuring that staff perform their duties and have the necessary supplies
• Maintains excellent relations with residents, Client and all community departments
• Performs other duties as assigned
