Qualifikationen

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Multi-site account management experience is preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills.
• High customer service and quality orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
• Public speaking skills and staff development.
• Experience managing budgets and staff in healthcare facilities.
