Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field required.
• Minimum six years of housekeeping management experience in a large hospital account.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and quality attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relations across multiple accounts and ensure service quality.
• Oversee department budget development and ensure operations stay within budget.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
