Job summary

Crothall Healthcare in Cleveland, Ohio, is seeking a Resident Regional Manager to oversee multiple environmental services accounts within our hospital partners. You will manage client relations and ensure all housekeeping services meet high-quality standards while staying within budget.

The role requires strong financial acumen, multi-site management experience, and the ability to lead a diverse team. You will coordinate with hospital administration and other departments to drive service

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Multi-site account management experience preferred.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and trends.
• Strong business acumen and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and ensure budget adherence.
• Develop and implement department budgets and policies.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Communicate with hospital administration and other departments.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise department functions.
• Establish work standards, workflows, and staffing plans.
• Mentor staff and encourage process improvements.
