Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Healthcare company, is seeking a Resident Regional Manager to oversee multiple environmental services accounts. You will manage client relations and ensure high-quality housekeeping services across hospitals.

The role requires a four-year degree and at least six years of senior housekeeping management experience in a large hospital setting, with strong financial acumen and staff leadership abilities.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Multi-site account management experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High customer service and quality attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals/objectives.
• Public speaking skills.
• Participative approach to managing staff; develop budgets with understanding of facility needs.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitoring of unit expenditures.
• Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensures the department operates within budget.
• Coordinates housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Communicates with administration and other hospital departments.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises department functions.
• Establishes work standards and workflow.
• Implements policies for departmental operations.
• Encourages staff creativity and innovation.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Proactively achieves facility goals and objectives.
• Demonstrates leadership in meeting performance plans.
• Develops and maintains job descriptions for department staff.
• Encourages staff participation in education programs.
