You will monitor budgets, coordinate across departments, and lead staff to achieve performance goals while complying with regulatory requirements. Strong financial acumen and multi-site experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and equal related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account required.
• Multi-site account management experience.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• High customer service and quality attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet established goals and objectives.
• Public speaking skills.
• Participative approach to managing staff and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitor unit expenditures and develop operating budgets.
• Coordinate housekeeping activities with other departments.
• Communicate with administration and hospital departments.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise department operations.
• Establish work standards and workflows.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for operations.
• Mentor staff and encourage innovation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead facility goals and performance plans.
