Job summary

Crothall Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is seeking a Resident Regional Manager to oversee multiple environmental services accounts in the healthcare sector. You will manage client relations and ensure high-quality, compliant housekeeping services across sites.

The role requires strategic budget planning, financial oversight, and collaboration with hospital departments. You will lead, mentor, and supervise staff, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree and equal related experience required.
• Six years of housekeeping management experience at a large hospital account preferred.
• Multi-site account management experience desired.
• Ability to analyze and interpret financial and other data.
• General business acumen and strong interpersonal skills.
• High customer service and quality attitude; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for department’s financial data and statistics.
• Monitoring unit expenditures and budgeting within department.
• Develops and recommends department operating budget and ensures adherence.
• Coordinates housekeeping activities with other hospital departments.
• Acts as liaison with administration and other hospital departments.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises department functions and activities.
• Establishes work standards/workflow and implements policies.
