Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is seeking a System Retail Manager to oversee multiple retail locations across a healthcare system. You will lead retail teams, ensure adherence to standards, and drive financial and customer service performance.

You will partner with hospital leadership and vendors to optimize retail operations, manage inventory, and deliver exceptional patient and staff experiences. Travel between locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive retail management experience.
• Multi-unit leadership experience with responsibility for financial performance.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and merchandising.
• Experience managing budgets, labor costs, and operational metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail reporting systems.
• Ability to travel between assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations within the healthcare system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, healthcare facility requirements, food safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess standards, identify opportunities, and provide coaching to management teams.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and oversee ordering, merchandising, and product availability.
• Manage profit and loss performance for assigned retail locations.
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth, labor management, and expense control targets.
• Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure accurate cash handling, inventory controls, and financial reporting procedures.
