Job summary

HealthGrades Analytics is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee the HGB Program across Texas clinics, ensuring operational excellence and patient experience. The role requires supervising QA and eligibility staff, analyzing performance with Excel, and implementing improvements while traveling regularly to clinics.

Candidates should have 2+ years in a clinical setting, 1+ year in leadership, Medicare metrics experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting.
• Minimum 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with Medicare metrics and clinical guidelines.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout Texas.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day HGB Program operations.
• Supervise Quality Assurance and Patient Eligibility/Wellness Coordinator staff.
• Monitor program performance, workflow efficiency, and quality metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and company policies.
• Conduct regular clinic visits throughout Texas.
• Provide coaching training and feedback to team members.
• Review operational reports and develop performance improvement initiatives.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze program performance and produce operational reports.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
• Support implementation of new clinics, workflows, and operational processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues within the HGB Program.
