Responsibilities

  • Oversee all day-to-day HGB Program operations.

Job description

Position Summary:

The HGB Program Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the HGB Program across participating clinic locations. This leadership role ensures operational excellence, quality assurance, staff development, compliance with Medicare guidelines, and successful implementation of company initiatives.

The Supervisor serves as the primary operational leader for the program, working closely with staff, Wellness Coordinators, Quality Assurance personnel, and leadership to ensure exceptional patient experiences and consistent program performance.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all day-to-day HGB Program operations.
  • Supervise Quality Assurance and Patient Eligibility/Wellness Coordinator staff.
  • Monitor program performance, workflow efficiency, and quality metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and company policies.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $24.00–$28.00 per hour
  • Part-Time position with opportunity to transition to Full-Time.
