Guidehouse is seeking a Hospital Project Supervisor, PFS to oversee daily project operations and staff across healthcare-related processes, including admissions, registrations, and billing. The role emphasizes compliance with HIPAA and client policies while delivering results on time.

You will lead team meetings, supervise performance, and coordinate with Operations Manager to meet revenue goals. Some relocation to San Antonio may be needed, with potential for hybrid work after training.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• An AA Degree with 7+ years of experience is also acceptable.
• Experience in healthcare provider, insurance, or outsourcing is preferred.
• At least two years of people management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the project and manage project staff.
• Coordinate with state and federal compliance for HIPAA and guidelines.
• Hire interviews and recommend candidates to Operations Manager.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Ensure monthly client invoices are accurate and reports are delivered.
• Achieve revenue goals and supervise performance.
• Occasional travel may be required.
