Job summary

RangeWater Residential is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of our multifamily communities. You will focus on exterior upkeep, including pressure washing and gutter cleaning, and support make-ready tasks for vacant units.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather. This full-time position offers PTO, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, and retirement plan benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Property management and customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer skills to access company software are expected.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, amenities, and curb appeal with exterior upkeep.
• Pressure washing and gutter cleaning of property buildings.
• Move trash from vacant units and support make-ready process.
• Assist with service requests and communicate with residents.
• Attend safety meetings and comply with OSHA and safety policies.
