Job summary

Harbor Group Management seeks a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to maintain two or more properties in Colorado. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to resident requests, and support safe, efficient operations across buildings and common areas.

The role emphasizes hands-on repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry), preventative maintenance, and coordination with vendors, while ensuring safety standards and compliance with local codes. On-call availability is required.

Qualifications

• One-year prior experience in general maintenance including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair.
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I & II or Universal certification required for refrigerant handling.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver's license required (for golf cart operation if applicable).
• Must be customer-service oriented with the ability to interact professionally with residents.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across two or more properties (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliance repair).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and track repairs using a work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to ensure safe operation of the property.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, inspect, punch list, and schedule contractors.
• Maintain amenity areas and common spaces through cleaning and minor repairs.
• Inspect work performed by vendors to ensure quality and scope compliance.
