Job summary

Qualifications

• We are seeking a candidate with 5+ years of management experience in a multi-site industrial or manufacturing environment.

• Experience with P/L management and budget oversight is desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational management and financial performance for multiple accounts and sites.
• Coach and develop managers to achieve goals while ensuring safety, quality and service excellence.
• Establish and maintain effective client rapport and support retention and growth initiatives.
• Oversee budget, revenue targets, cost controls, and P&L statements across districts.
• Ensure compliance with HS&E standards and GMP requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and adherence to corporate management agenda.
