Qualifications

• 5+ years management experience in an industrial or manufacturing multi-site role.
• Total managed volume of $10M+ and P/L management experience in facility management.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
• Experience with GMP and O&M standards/procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall vision, planning, direction, and control to assigned sites.
• Lead growth, cost, and productivity to meet financial commitments.
• Ensure safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and customers.
• Establish and maintain client rapport and support new business/retention activities.
• Ensure KPI performance and monthly site-level business reviews with client leadership.
