Job summary

CME Corp is seeking a Fulfillment Center Manager based in Grain Valley, MO to lead warehousing, inventory, equipment staging, and Direct to Site operations across an assigned network of centers.

The role combines hands-on local leadership with disciplined remote management and routine travel." The successful candidate will drive operating standards, oversee site performance, and ensure all locations support CME customers while reporting to the DTS Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of supervisory or management experience.
• Ability to lead employees and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating multiple sites and travel.
• Familiarity with warehouse software and ERP dashboards.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across an assigned network of Fulfillment Centers while leading teams and maintaining standards.
• Lead warehouse and Direct to Site personnel with clear expectations, coaching, and accountability.
• Manage staffing, workload, training, performance, and employee development across locations.
• Travel routinely to assigned facilities to inspect operations and engage with staff.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee receiving, storage, and shipping activities.
• Ensure equipment is ready for DTS deliveries and installations.
• Implement SOPs and audit operating standards across the network.
• Monitor expenses and optimize labor, travel, and supplies.
