Job summary

Summit Physical Therapy is seeking a Front Office Manager to oversee the Office Coordinator team and ensure efficient daily operations across Chattanooga, North Georgia, and Knoxville regions. You will train staff, implement new procedures, and support clinics on-site as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, insurance experience, and management skills. Work is based at multiple sites with standard business hours and occasional weekend events.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills, both internally and externally.
• 2+ years of management experience (preferred).
• 2+ years of medical insurance experience (required).

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for Office Coordinators (OCs).
• Provide on-site coverage for OCs across regions as needed.
• Assist with daily front office tasks and patient flow.
• Review clinical and administrative spreadsheets and reports.
• Maintain front office policies and procedures.
