Job summary

Summit Spine & Joint Centers in Georgia seeks a Lead Front Desk Receptionist to oversee daily front office operations across region 3 locations. You will supervise receptionists, coordinate with Providers, and ensure smooth patient flow.

This full-time benefited role reports to the Front Desk Operations Manager and requires travel to other sites within region 3. EHR experience and strong customer service are preferred. Shifts include Braaselton and Winder locations, 8am-5pm.

Qualifications

• Experience using EHR systems (eClinicalWorks or similar) preferred.
• 1 year of clinical/front desk experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism.
• Coordinate with Providers, Lead Medical Assistant, Lab Collectors and Medical Assistants for efficient office flow.
• Train and supervise front desk staff; cover stations as needed.
• Ensure accurate transaction processing and patient payment logging; resolve insurance-related issues.
