Job summary

Aspire Indiana Health, Inc. is seeking a Food Services Supervisor to oversee multi-site food service operations under the Manager of Food Services.

This role balances administrative duties with hands-on support—including staffing, inventory control, and meal preparation to deliver high‑quality, healthy, and cost‑efficient meals. Key duties include following menus, managing resources effectively, and maintaining strict compliance with health and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years in food service; 1 year in leadership role (supervisor/manager).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• ServSafe certificate or equivalent in food safety; FPM or FMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff and volunteer schedules.
• Supervise cooks, servers, volunteers, and kitchen staff for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and food safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas.
