Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at The Astor at Osborn in Phoenix, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers, overseeing hands-on maintenance to preserve community value and elevate resident experience.

Requirements include 1 year minimum in multifamily maintenance supervision, OSHA/EPA/CPO certifications, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum as a maintenance supervisor for multifamily.
• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Three or more years' experience in related maintenance roles.
• Basic written and verbal English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the leader for the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee and execute hands‑on maintenance to maintain and enhance community value.
• Perform inspections, diagnose problems, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances, and exteriors.
• Manage daily inventory and Make-Ready/Turn Board to support leasing.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect for safety hazards and correct them.
• Share rotating on-call duty and be available after hours in uniform.
• Complete Weekly Service Report and follow safety protocols.
• Participate in training and mentor technicians.
• Maintain records of maintenance, inspections, inventories, logs, and turnover units.
• Maintain excellent customer service with residents and team members.
• Capitalize on project oversight, bidding, and execution.
