Job summary

YMCA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations across multiple locations, ensuring safety, reliability, and high-quality environments for members and staff. You will oversee work orders, preventative maintenance, and asset management while coordinating with branch leadership.

Travel between YMCA locations is required; strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of facility maintenance, building operations, or related experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Operations across assigned locations with day-to-day leadership and guidance.
• Oversee work orders and preventative maintenance programs, ensuring timely completion and documentation.
• Support facility operations and asset management, coordinating vendor services and facility improvements.
• Manage supplies and resources, monitor inventories, and coordinate purchasing/distribution.
• Provide coaching and development for Maintenance Technicians and foster teamwork and accountability.
