Job summary
JMB Foods seeks a hands-on Facilities & Maintenance Manager to oversee 30+ Jersey Mike's locations with statewide travel across New Jersey. The role is field-based, full-time, and primarily weekdays with occasional early-morning, evening, weekend, or emergency coverage.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years hands-on facilities maintenance in multi-site environments.
- Experience with commercial kitchen equipment and service.
- EPA Section 608 certification is required for refrigerants.
- OSHA/lockout-tagout and CFESA certifications helpful.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and complete general facility repairs across locations.
- Respond to repair requests across the portfolio.
- Troubleshoot and service commercial restaurant equipment.
- Escalate work needing licensed trades and remain accountable through completion.
