Job summary

Mark-Taylor is hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) in Surprise, AZ. You will lead Service Technicians and Facilities teams, oversee hands-on maintenance, and ensure five-star service for residents across Estia Surprise Farms and Estia Windrose.

The role requires advanced maintenance knowledge across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety standards, plus certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA).

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA standards.
• 3+ years' experience working as a Maintenance Technician, Apartment Turn Technician, Service Technician, Make-Ready Technician, or Work Order Technician.
• 1 year working as a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, Building Engineer or similar.
• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).

Responsibilities

• Lead the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee and execute the hands-on maintenance duties to maintain the community value.
• Perform inspections, diagnose problems, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, and related systems.
• Manage daily inventory of apartment homes to support leasing efforts (Make-Ready, Turn Board).
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards and correct them.
• Share rotating on-call duty and respond after hours when needed.
• Maintain records of preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, and logs.
