Mark-Taylor, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) in Surprise, AZ. You will lead a team of Service Technicians and oversee hands-on maintenance to preserve community value and ensure five‑star service for residents.

The role requires extensive knowledge across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and related systems, with certifications such as EPA, HVAC, CPO, or OSHA. On-call rotation includes a $3/hour incentive.

Formación

• Three+ years of maintenance technician experience or related role.
• 1 year in a maintenance supervisor/manager role.
• Advanced knowledge in plumbing, electrical, pool maintenance, HVAC, carpentry, landscape maintenance, appliances, and OSHA standards.
• Industry certifications such as EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee hands-on maintenance to maintain and enhance community value.
• Perform inspections and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry and more.
• Manage Make-Ready and Turn Board to support leasing.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect property for safety hazards and correct issues.
• Share on-call duty and respond after hours as required.
• Maintain records of preventive maintenance, work orders and inventories.

We’re hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) at Estia Surprise Farms and Estia Windrose in Surprise, AZ. In this role, you will help keep our communities running smoothly by handling maintenance repairs and contributing to the upkeep of the community, while providing the five-star service that makes Mark-Taylor communities feel like home.

Compensation

• The anticipated base pay range for this position is $31.00 - $34.00/hour.
• All service team members who participate in the on-call rotation receive an additional $3.00/hour incentive for all hours worked while on-call.
• Additional hourly pay for EPA, CPO, and OSHA certifications.***

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge in the following areas: Plumbing, Electrical, Pool Maintenance, HVAC, Carpentry, Landscape Maintenance, Appliances, and OSHA-related standards.
• One or more industry specific professional certifications (EPA, HVAC, CPO, OSHA or similar).
• Service orientation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Three or more years' experience working as a Maintenance Technician, Apartment Turn Technician, Service Technician, Make-Ready Technician, or Work Order Technician.
• 1 year working as a Maintenance Manager, Supervisor, Building Engineer or similar.
• A basic understanding of written and verbal English.

In This Role You Will

• Serve as the leader for the team of Service Technicians, Facilities Technicians, and Housekeepers.
• Oversee and execute the hands-on maintenance duties necessary to maintain and enhance the value of the community.
• Perform consistent inspections, diagnosing problems, and making necessary repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, flooring, carpentry, dry walling, appliances, and exterior structures.
• Manage the daily inventory of apartment homes in order to support leasing efforts, including managing the Make-Ready, Turn Board.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Inspect the property for safety hazards that may pose a liability and correct the hazards.
• Share rotating on-call duty with service team members and readily available to go the property after hours if needed and in uniform/badge.
• Complete Weekly Service Report in a timely manner.
• Adhere to Mark-Taylor safety protocols, programs, policies and procedures.
• Participate in training classes.
• Train and mentor Service Technician and Facilities Technicians.
• Keep accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, work orders, inspections, inventories, pool chemical logs, make-ready and turn units.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive rapport with all residents and team members.
• Capital project oversight, bidding, and execution.
