Mark-Taylor Residential Inc. is hiring a Multi-Site Manager of Facilities and Service (Maintenance Supervisor) for Estia Surprise Farms and Estia Windrose in Surprise, AZ.

You will lead a team of Service and Facilities Technicians, performing hands-on maintenance to protect value and deliver five-star resident service. The role requires strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool, carpentry, and OSHA standards, plus related certifications.

Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience as a maintenance professional.
• 1 year in a supervisory or manager role.
• Basic written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead service and facilities technicians and housekeepers.
• Perform and supervise hands-on maintenance across systems.
• Inspect, diagnose, and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, and carpentry tasks.
• Manage Make-Ready and turnover processes and inventory.
• Schedule contractors and vendors as needed.
• Ensure property safety and address hazards promptly.
• Share on-call duties and work after hours when required.
• Complete weekly service reports and maintain records.
• Uphold safety protocols and participate in trainings.
• Mentor junior technicians and oversee capital projects.
