Mark-Taylor is seeking a General Manager Facilities & Service (Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor) in Tempe, AZ. This role leads maintenance across multiple communities, overseeing a service team and capital projects while ensuring safety and high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a maintenance manager in multifamily.
• EPA, CPO & OSHA 30 Certification is preferred.
• Strong leadership and budgeting skills are required.
• Oversee and develop the Service team, ensuring accountability and high performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations across multiple multifamily communities to ensure properties are safe, clean, and well-maintained.
• Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and grounds staff with coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pool, appliances, and building systems are completed.
• Coordinate and manage apartment turns to ensure market-ready units within timelines.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships, scheduling, oversight, and quality control of repairs and capital projects.
• Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and compliance.
