Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to support our facilities maintenance team at Asbury Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role oversees maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and renovation projects while leading a multi-site operation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, plus solid budgeting, forecasting and client relationship skills. Healthcare environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• 5 years of related experience in facilities or operations.
• Experience leading food service or multi-service operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and renovation projects.
• Lead multi-site operations and shape service excellence.
• Manage people, performance evaluations, pay reviews and hire/fire decisions.
• Partner with clients to drive satisfaction and retention.
• Drive financial performance through budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
