Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities/Engineering Operations Manager to lead maintenance operations in the Northeast, with overnight travel required. The ideal candidate has prior facilities maintenance management experience, ideally in healthcare, and knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems.

Experience supervising housekeeping, grounds and laundry is also valued. In this leadership role you will oversee engineering services, manage budgets, safety programs, client relationships, and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3-5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services for safe, efficient, compliant performance across systems and teams.
• Manage mechanical systems, maintenance workflows, budgeting, safety programs and client relationships.
• Develop staff and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
