Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.

• Proven experience managing facilities, mechanical systems, or engineering operations.
• Financial acumen to support budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on CMMS knowledge and data-driven improvements.
• Proactive safety-first mindset coordinating multiple projects.

Schedule & Compensation

• Typical Shift: 7:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
• Salary Range: $94,860 - $122,760

• Technical skills combined with financial acumen to support budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage frontline teams, vendors, and client stakeholders.
• Hands-on knowledge of CMMS/work order systems and experience driving operational improvements through data and reporting.
• A proactive, safety-first mindset with the skillset to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring compliance and service excellence.
