Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to support our facilities maintenance team at Asbury Bethany Village in Mechanicsburg, PA. The role oversees maintenance, grounds, housekeeping and renovation projects while leading a multi-site operation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems, plus solid budgeting, forecasting and client relationship skills. Healthcare environment experience is a plus.
