Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Soft Services Operations Manager at our client HQ in Malvern, PA. You will oversee facilities, ES and mailroom operations across multiple buildings, aligning with executive stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance.

You’ll manage budgets, safety programs, and client relationships while developing staff and driving continuous improvement in service delivery, with a focus on uptime and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3–5 years related facilities/engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities, ES and mailroom across multiple buildings at client HQ.
• Manage budgets, safety programs, and client relationships; drive continuous improvement.
• Develop staff, set direction, and deploy resources to optimize service delivery and uptime.
• Lead teams, coordinate with executive clients and across buildings to ensure high performance.
