Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Site Procurement Manager to bridge centralized Procurement with building leadership. You will own the site's indirect procurement, manage 3P vendor relationships, and oversee PO and inventory processes.

You will lead supplier KPI reporting, collaborate with Finance and Operations, and drive cost savings while ensuring contract compliance and SLA adherence across multiple site facilities.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement operations support for fulfillment centers, including managing suppliers and procurement transactions.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs and benchmark procurement processes.
• Develop expertise in non-inventory items and share best practices across buildings.
• Train operations teams on procurement processes and collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet savings targets.
• Track supplier performance using scorecards and audit tools for 3P suppliers.
• Support Procure-to-Pay execution and local sourcing activities to meet business needs.
