Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to oversee a team responsible for janitorial, mailroom, and grocery operations at the Indianapolis location. The role includes training staff, directing work, and ensuring quality and safety standards.

The position is a working supervisor with additional responsibility for shift quality and may fill in for the Site Supervisor as needed.

• Ensure safety, address customer complaints, and coordinate with Site Supervisor.
