Core States Group seeks a Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Multi-Site to lead performance, growth, and delivery consistency of national teams. You will align people, processes, client expectations, and financials to mature delivery models and scale the platform.

The role requires strategic and execution focus, building trust with clients and leaders, and creating a competitive advantage through strong program delivery. You will shape leadership depth and standards for national programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree or demonstrated business leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience including client relationships, team leadership, program delivery, and financial performance.
• Proven success leading national client programs and scaling delivery teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen to evaluate growth opportunities and staffing needs.
• Deep understanding of civil engineering delivery for multi-site, national or programmatic clients.
• Experience in civil site development, land development, infrastructure, and national accounts.
• Ability to lead through influence, build trust, and communicate with clients and teams.
• Demonstrated ability to identify practical uses for company-approved AI tools to improve processes.
• Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy and protect confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with accountability for client service, performance, and growth.
• Strengthen delivery systems, workflows, and quality expectations across national program teams.
• Build a national delivery platform to improve client confidence and competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop high-performing teams with leadership depth and technical capability.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen client relationships by understanding needs and improving responsiveness.
• Partner with client leaders and teams to support program delivery and opportunities.
• Drive consistent execution across programs including scope, schedule, budget, and invoicing.
• Use performance data and business insight to identify trends and improve outcomes.
