Job summary

Elias Associates, Inc. is seeking an EHS Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of environmental, health, and safety programs across seven manufacturing sites. You will drive compliance (OSHA, EPA), develop multi-year plans, and lead investigations with root-cause analyses.

Required are 10–15 years in EHS leadership, a Bachelor's in a related field (Master’s preferred), and CSP certification. Travel about 50% is expected to support global/regional initiatives and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field is required.
• 10–15 years of progressive EHS leadership experience in complex manufacturing environments.
• Multi-site or global management experience is typically required.
• CSP certification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year EHS strategy with goals, budget, and KPIs.
• Oversee compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulations across sites.
• Lead site audits, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations to prevent injuries and environmental damage.
• Direct thorough investigations into significant incidents using root cause analysis.
• Champion a safety-first culture through training programs and leadership.
• Drive sustainability programs focused on waste reduction and energy efficiency.
