Job summary

Siemens Industry – Smart Infrastructure seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHS strategy, compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement across Roebuck and Spartanburg manufacturing sites in South Carolina. The role supports ~900 employees across fabrication, paint, epoxy, plating, wastewater treatment, assembly, warehousing, and material handling.

Reporting to site leadership, you will guide EHS strategy, manage regulatory compliance, and advance Siemens

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading multi-site EHS teams and audits.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Ability to communicate with leadership and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS strategy and annual improvement roadmap for Roebuck and Spartanburg.
• Partner with plant leadership to integrate EHS in operations and projects.
• Coach and develop multi-site EHS team.
• Maintain ISO 14001/45001 compliance and internal audits.
• Lead incident investigations and root-cause analyses.
• Manage environmental permits and waste programs.
• Develop leading/lagging indicators and report to leadership.
