Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in EH&S or related technical discipline required.
• 8–10 years EH&S experience in regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading EH&S teams and influencing senior site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior EH&S SME and establish a robust safety culture.
• Lead interactions with regulatory agencies and corporate governance.
• Develop and execute site EH&S strategy and multi-year plans.
• Integrate EH&S into plant management systems and operations.
• Oversee environmental permits, reporting and compliance programs.
• Lead investigations and ensure root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor EH&S metrics and drive continuous improvement.
