Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) Manager for a Spartanburg, SC manufacturing facility. Lead the EH&S function, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement and a proactive safety culture across operations.

The role focuses on process safety management, risk mitigation, incident investigations, training, and collaboration with site leadership to achieve safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Risk Management, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of EH&S experience in industrial/manufacturing.
• Proven leadership ability to influence safety culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead EH&S function to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and continuously improve EH&S policies and performance.
• Promote proactive safety culture through leadership and engagement.
• Oversee PS M programs and risk mitigation across the site.
• Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions.
• Maintain environmental compliance and regulatory reporting.
• Coach and develop EH&S team members.
