Job summary

Bronco Wine Company is seeking a Multi-Site Environmental Health & Safety Manager to provide enterprise-level leadership across three production facilities, driving safety, environmental stewardship, and regulatory compliance. The role partners with plant leadership, QA, and engineering to mitigate risks, standardize audits, and sustain a zero‑injury culture across Ceres, Napa, and Santa Rosa sites. The position is full‑time onsite in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a safety, environmental health, engineering, or closely related field.
• 7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in high-volume manufacturing.
• Experience in multi-site beverage manufacturing with regulatory compliance responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide enterprise-level EHS strategic leadership and regulatory governance across three wine production facilities (Ceres, Napa, Santa Rosa).
• Lead cross-site auditing, KPI tracking, and CAPA implementation to reduce risk and ensure compliance.
• Mentor and manage site EHS coordinators within a matrix organization.
• Collaborate with QA, Engineering, and Plant Managers to align safety, food safety, and environmental goals with corporate objectives.
