Job summary

Aramark seeks a Manager of Nutrition & Operations Support Services to oversee multi-unit nutrition programs, QA standards, menu development, and supply chain coordination across correctional facilities. The role emphasizes nutrition expertise, client relations, and staff training.

The position requires a bachelor's degree in nutrition, RD credential, Florida licensure, ServSafe, and extensive experience in food service operations. Willingness to travel and reside in Florida are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree from ACEND-accredited program or equivalent.
• Registered Dietitian (CDR) with internship; ongoing CE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise in menu planning for regular, therapeutic, religious, and seasonal needs.
• Assist in QA operating standards and ACA accreditation processes.
• Support supply chain procurement and distribution; assist in testing products and usage.
• Develop tools and training for nutrition, QA, and cost control.
• Travel regularly to correctional sites as part of duties.
