Job summary

Aramark seeks a Multi-Site Food Service Director to oversee daily food production in secure correctional facilities in Oklahoma. You will manage large-scale kitchen operations, supervise staff and incarcerated workers, and ensure safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include menu planning to meet nutritional requirements, controlling inventory and costs, and driving performance across multiple sites with daily travel to locations within the state.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 4 years of experience in food service.
• Requires 1–3 years of management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication skills and client rapport abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams, including recruitment and training.
• Communicate operational progress to clients and management.
• Build revenue and manage budgets with cost controls for food, beverage, and labor.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across operations.
• Oversee production, distribution and food service across sites.
