Job summary

Bryten is seeking a motivated Community Manager - RD II to oversee daily operations of two Willow Landing communities in Palmyra, NY. This on-site role directs onsite teams, drives budgeting, leasing, and resident relations to achieve property performance goals and exceptional resident experiences.

You will lead a team, manage financials, ensure compliance, and coordinate with vendors to maintain curb appeal, safety, and community standards.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of multifamily property management experience.
• Experience overseeing multiple properties or teams preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of two communities, providing direction and accountability.
• Manage budgets, rent collections, AR, and expenses across both communities.
• Drive occupancy, leasing, and resident retention through service excellence.
• Prepare and review operational/financial reports for leadership.
