Bryten is seeking a motivated Community Manager - RD I (Part Time) for our Fairside community in Bath, NY. You will lead daily operations, drive resident satisfaction, and manage leasing and financial performance with a hands-on, customer-focused approach.

Ideal candidates have multifamily property management experience, strong leadership, budgeting, and sharp communication skills. On-site schedule requires reliable transportation and a commitment to compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of multifamily property management experience, including leasing and operations.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven budgeting and financial oversight abilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations of the community with direction and accountability for onsite team members.
• Manage budgeting, rent collections, AR, and expense control.
• Support occupancy, leasing, and resident retention through service excellence.
• Review applications, leases, and resident files for compliance with policies and laws.
• Prepare operational and financial reports for leadership.
